Vintage Sugoi Fixed-Gear Track Bike — 54cm | Australian-Made Steel | Cinelli, Sugino, Mavic CXP14

A beautifully restored vintage Sugoi fixed-gear track bike with an Australian-made steel frame, hand-built in Fitzroy, Melbourne, by respected father-and-son framebuilders Ken and Paul Evans.

The blue-to-white colourway is exceptional, fading across the frame like clouds. The original yellow SUGOI branding remains striking, and “Sugoi” means awesome or incredible in Japanese—a fitting name for this bike.

This is a proper fixed-gear track bike, not a generic single-speed conversion. There is no freewheel and no braking system by design; the pedals turn with the rear wheel. The riding experience is direct, mechanical and completely connected—momentum, balance and pure feedback between rider and machine.
